Welcome Home, Little Princess

I've just ordered a bunch of shoes from Luts. I really hope they won't let me down, as it was the most expensive order I've placed for dolls accessories in my whole life. And I also joined a preorder for Enchanted Dolls eyes. I only did it because the colours I've always wanted for my dolls (apple green and rose) are impossible to find in cheaper versions.

Little Moyra (a temporary name?) should have arrived on tuesday (fast as hell, considering she was shipped from USA... EMS rocks), but I left the house to enjoy a beautiful morning riding my bike after a few rainy, boring days. As I was leaving my street, I saw Jersey Post van turning the corner. I had a feeling there was something for me, and that it was not small enough to get through my mailbox...

I had to go and rescue her from the post office yesterday morning, got a lift from hubby who was late for work but I just *had* to see her, after more than one year I've been wanting her.

Here's my little dream girl. She will deserve a better shot sometime, but for the time being it'll have to do.

WHY on earth nobody told me that MSDs were SO damn cute?? I even feel like selling my SD-sized girls. The poseability is just awesome, she holds ANY position nicely, even standing (bare feet!) and on her knees, what my bigger dolls never managed to. I've always failed to understand people who had several Lishes, several Heaths, several F-08s, etc. I though, expensive as they are, I'd rather have some diversity... But now I'm seriously considering to get Moyra a twin. She's absolutely gorgeous, photogenic, cutest cheeks, sad looking... perfect. A victorian porcelain doll, so life-like it makes me love her even more.

The eyes and the wig she's using now are mine. She came with lots of wigs and eyes, but these I'll probably sell - still don't know).
