Finally got my grubby fingers on some Reutter Porzellan miniatures. Just to give you an idea on how small they are:
So I just some quick pictures of the bathroom in progress. I still need a mirror, a loo roll and some shelves, maybe.
The tiny brushes and the soap just kill me.
The brush holder has to be my favorite detail.
Here's the nursery after all the Sylvanian Families toys arrived:
Still a bit messy, but that will be sorted in the future (I hope... I've been so slow with this job and neglecting my dollhouse so much).
The girls' bedroom. Not many changes since last photos:
I love the tulip lampshade. It's from Sylvanian Families, too. The little dog is by Megahouse, and the flower vase I got on Ebay.
Master bedroom - more or less finished, I hope (still need carped or, even better, wooden floors painted white).
How is it called, "washing up area"? :) Bad picture, out of focus, but there you are - now we have a ironing board and pile of just ironed clothes! Something I wouldn't be so crazy to do in real life, though.
Kitchen! I regret having bought those real terracota tiles. They are very expensive, I still need loads of them to finish the room and they're a bugger to deal with (very fragile, to start with). A bit late to change my mind, though - these ones have already been glued in place.
Note that the wall on the right isn't the "real" one. When there's a real wall there, it will separate the kitchen from the downstairs loo.
A dollie feast! All these pieces (except the chopping board) are Sylvanian Families. I would never think they'd be so perfect in size for 1/12 stuff.
Another batch just out of the aga - hot muffins, anyone?

I miss you on LJ, yours was always one of my favorite journals.
the "washing up area" would be the laundry, I guess. :)
