I need to introduce you my two new girls. They've been here for weeks and didn't deserve a decent photoshot. They are Morphine (Very Cherry Berry) and Vanilla (Samedi Marche EBL). That makes of me the proud mommy of ten Blythes - not mentioning Absynthe, my custom LL that was sold last month.
The sale was complicated because the buyer didn't like the way I packed the doll. Oh well, that was my first sale - we learn from our mistakes, but really, I'm not planning to sell any of my dolls right now (my Brenda Starr, maybe). Now my Blythe family is complete, I will only give my VM a mohair reroot and dye my FruPu hair blue (though I like her blonde colour, I have three blonde girls and that can't be... XD).
I'm eagerly waiting for updates on my FCS dollfie. The seller had told me she was going to post my doll last week, but I didn't hear from her. I hope I will not be scammed or something. Now, on to bad pictures of a work in progress:
This is our main bedroom, before it was finished. It looks pretty now with the white skirtings and the light beige carpet. Today was hard work - we unpacked a LOT of furniture that was in the garage (we bought in Brasil and had it shipped here through boat last year), I cleaned part of the house and now it's partually furnished. Will try to take pictures tomorrow. :) We also got lots of nice things from second hand shops for the house and I managed to find two nice mini rattan chairs that are great for BJDs... I've been SO terribly lazy to take pictures. I'm absurdly tired now - gonna read my books. :) For now, this picture of Delilah that I think it's lovely:
